The COVID-19 epidemic might keep us from seeing a new emoji until 2022, but stickers a thing people use, right? To address the reality of our lockdown, WhatsApp collaborated with the WHO to create 21 stickers you can share with your loved ones.
Publicly called the ‘Together at Home’ sticker pack, the collection underscores a few sides of our new normal, counting working in nighties, washing our hands, keeping social distance, or recognizing that medical labors are our heroes.
That being said, WhatsApp states it also trusts that the stickers will be convenient once the pandemic is through. A cat deciding to slumber on your laptop, for example, is a reality of life.
To get the stickers, hit the emoji button to the left of the ‘Type a message’ field, then hit the ‘+’ button on the right.
You will then be able to download the sticker pack dubbed “Together at Home.”
The new stickers are available now in WhatsApp with localized text for Arabic, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Turkish.
